HR Manager (Munich, Germany - Hybrid)
A company with a great tradition focusing on renewable energy solutions is now expanding the HR team in Munich and is looking for an HR Manager!
Here are your potential tasks:

You will be responsible for the administrative and strategic HR in the day-to-day business and to provide ongoing support to meet growth targets and ensure staff support and satisfaction.

You will support the entities Managing Directors and Management teams on a daily base and support in personnel planning, organizational changes and change management activities.

You will act as the sparring partner for managers and employees on topics such as performance management & compensation, succession planning & talent management.

You will be in charge of the consulting and support for employees and managers in all personnel-related matters throughout the entire employee life cycle including maintenance of the HR system
-
You will support in the management of applicants and recruitment: preparation of job descriptions, posting of job advertisements, applicant’s selection, conducting job interviews

You will prepare employment contracts and amendments, expatriate assignments, statistics, certificates and other relevant personnel documentation

You will be responsible for the correspondence with authorities and social security institutions including preparation of certificates and statistics

You will be responsible of the implementation of local and global strategic HR projects, together with the Corporate HR teams
-
You will be in charge of the deployment and the local implementation of the corporate HR strategic initiatives, processes and corporate programs.

You will prepare and support of performance management reviews incl. succession planning, 360° degree feedback, talent calibration, etc.

You will ensure national and international legal compliance throughout human resource management

You will prepare analyses, reports, national and international HR policies and guidelines
-
You will participate in cross-company projects (e.g. support in the implementation of a new HR system, Strategic personnel planning, etc.)
What you need for this role:

At least a bachelor’s degree with focus on HR or equivalent in a relevant field of study

At least 5 years of professional work experience as HR Business Partner in an international environment
-
Strong experience in labour and social security law aspects
-
Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
-
Enjoy interacting with people from different cultures and a high level of customer orientation.

Intercultural capabilities and effective communication skills as well as the ability to contact candidates directly.

Strong affinity for HR tools and a high technical and digital affinity
-
Strong affinity for social media and networks (LinkedIn, Xing, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
-
German language skills at mother tongue level and business fluent English are mandatory.
