Technical Project Manager

Job Role:

  • Take part in and organise numerous "cross-functional" forums for manufacturing readiness. As needed, give both working and executive level audiences comprehensive updates on the status and recovery plans.

  • Organize and manage factory transition, as well as follow-up on excess/obsolescence planning and post program/service introduction activities.

  • Drive supply chain preparedness and handover from launch planning to production planning.

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all build-related activities prior to launch. ramp management with the help of the operations teams.

  • Oversee the program's MBOM's completion and verification.

  • ln relation to launch preparation, oversee the certification of all production systems (MRP, ERP, MES, etc.).

  • Control the entire programme validation strategy and the production readiness standards (KPIs)

  • All production validations and operations take the environment, human health, and safety into consideration.

  • Make sure that all actions adhere to NPI procedures (PCA, MRT, etc.)

  • To ensure a non-event introduction of the programme, open points and actions must be organised and followed up on; they must also be transmitted and adequately communicated as actionable items within the business.

  • Work with cross-functional teams in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, production, production control, sales, service, etc. to interact, integrate, and drive results.

  • Write project status, summary, and issue resolution tracking reports on a weekly or as needed basis.
